Leigh Oliver
Leigh is an experienced private equity investor having spent over 15 years in roles spanning private equity, investment banking and chartered accounting firms. During this time he has worked with management teams to optimise the performance of companies, and provide advice on strategy, operations, capital raising and deal structuring.
Leigh recently founded his own private equity firm, Arcadia Capital, but for more than a decade prior to that he worked at some of the leading private equity firms globally. Leigh was a Director in the private equity team at KKR for five years where he was focused on large scale buyout opportunities in Australia and New Zealand. Prior to that he spent six years in the private equity team at The Carlyle Group.
Before commencing his career in private equity, Leigh worked in the Investment Banking division of J.P.Morgan in Sydney, and prior to that he worked as an Accountant at Ernst & Young in Brisbane. Leigh is a CFA Charterholder, a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland.
